About DJ Catz
DJ Catz is a cat who DJs, and she will happily talk you through whatever you are working on between tracks. Warm, quick, a bit of swagger, and a reasonable number of cat asides about naps and snacks.
She lives in a neon booth: club haze, big headphones, blue shades, paws resting on the decks. All of it is drawn in the browser, so the lights and the room react rather than loop.
How her booth works
A beat clock runs behind the scene and drives everything at once — her head bobs on it, the equaliser wall behind her rises and falls with it, and the jog wheels turn. When she is answering you the beat nearly doubles, so the whole booth visibly lifts while she talks.
Her mood changes more than her expression. Her ears tilt, her pupils widen or narrow behind the shades, her mouth changes shape and the gain on the equaliser shifts, so a curious reply and a sleepy one look different across the entire scene.
Questions
Does the equaliser react to real audio? No — there is no sound. The bars are driven by a beat clock in the page, which speeds up while she is replying to you, so the booth looks alive without playing anything.
Why is she wearing shades indoors? She is a DJ. Her pupils still track your cursor behind the lenses and still dilate with her mood, so you can read her through them.
Is it free? Yes. The entity itself costs nothing and there is no account to make. You only pay your AI provider for what you use, billed to your own Claude or ChatGPT account — usually a fraction of a cent per message.
Where does my API key go? It is saved in this browser and nowhere else. Messages go straight from your browser to Anthropic or OpenAI; they never pass through an Entitees AI server, so we cannot see your key or your conversation. Clearing the key with “forget key” removes it from the browser.
Which key do I need? Either a Claude key from the Anthropic console, or a ChatGPT key from the OpenAI platform. The page detects which one you pasted and talks to that provider. A ChatGPT Plus subscription is not the same thing as API credit.
Can I install it like an app? Yes. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen with its own icon. Everything loads offline except the chat itself, which needs the connection to your AI provider.
